Thank you for shopping with Gears.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


1. Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must provide a clear unedited unboxing video or images showing the issue (such as damage, defect, or incorrect item) within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised without valid proof may not be accepted.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned due personal preference.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee (₹40)


3. Refunds (Prepaid Orders)

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (After we verify issue in the product)

  • COD fee (₹40) is non-refundable


4. Refunds for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

  • Customer must provide valid bank/UPI details

  • COD convenience fee (₹40) is non-refundable


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may be blocked for future COD purchases


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/UPI account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us
