We currently ship only within India.

2. Shipping Charges:

  • We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee of ₹29 is applicable on COD orders.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

5. Courier Partner:

We use reliable third-party courier services through Shiprocket to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders:

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us and we will assist you.

8. Address & Delivery Attempts:

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in order cancellation.

9. Refused or Undelivered COD Orders:

  • COD orders refused at delivery may be blocked from future COD purchases.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in such cases.
